Вообщем пришел ко мне с перемычками вместо стекляшки на зарядку-интерфейс.
Поставил сразу стекляшку. При выключеном телефоне и подключении БП в качестве зарядки - пытается запуститься, потребляет 280мА пару секунд, появляется заставка SE (почему-то с повышенным контрастом), перестает потреблять, выключается. При включеном состоянии - показывает зарядку, потребление также: появлется, потом пропадает. Заменены все по 2 раза(т.к. ставил с разборки): стекляшка, контроллер питания, транзитор-ключевик заядки, резистор 0,1 ома, 2 резитора по 0.50 ома (около батареи), процессор, тело прошито фуллом с GDFS, все так и осталось. Батареи разные пробовал. Само тело работает без проблем.
Есть идеи? Или в утиль?

додумался посмотреть лог при старте, нашел это:

средний контакт батареи идет на контроллер питания. а откуда процессор узнает о типе батареи? смотрел схему, пока ничего не нашел.

Менять детальки наугад, очень непроизводительно. Многие из них можно проверить обычным китайским тестером. Резисторы уж всяко проще прозвонить, чем менять.
Попробуй начать с начала.
Часто попадается подгнившие контакты, и от этого повышеное сопротивление в цепи заряда. На подключение зарядного, телефон может реагировать, но зарядка не идёт, или через какоето время прекращается.
Прозвони от контактов зарядки на системном разъме, до конденсатора С2402 на плате. Плюс зарядки на плюс конденсатора должно показывать цепь сопротивлением ноль Ом. И минусовая цепь также.
Прозвони от плюса С2402 до плюса С2620 (он на плате не установлен, только контактные площадки). Это проверяем "стекляшку". При исправной, должно показывать 10-12 Ом.
Включи телефон, и подай от БП на вход зарядки 5 - 5,5 вольт. Если всё исправно, то телефон должен начать заряжаться, а амперметр должен показать ток около 500 мА. Можно поэкспериментировать с напряжением, подать чуть больше.
Если ток зарядки есть, но значительно меньше, возможно неисправна или "левая" АКБ. Проверить её в заведомо исправном телефоне, или подкинуть исправную АКБ.
Или же проблема со средним контактом АКБ в разъёме телефона. Его сначала прозвонить, относительно плюсового и минусового контактов. В обоих случаях, должно показывать примерно как при прозвонке диода.
Если показывает обрыв, в первую очередь посмотреть не оборвана ли пайка самих контактов. Причём, обрыв может появляться, только когда АКБ вставлена и давит на контакты. Далее прозвонить на плюс V2600 (он на плате не установлен). А дальше дорожка идёт внутрь платы и выныривает уже под контролером питания.
Если показывает КЗ или большую утечку на крайние контакты, то может быть убитый контролер питания. Или искать, где прогорела изоляция.
Посмотреть, нет ли окиси вокруг контактов в разъёме. И ещё, чуть выше контактов АКБ, на плате есть три круглых пятака. Обычно они заклеены плёнкой. Там тоже помотреть. Так как цепь контроля высокоомная (десятки килоом), то даже небольшая утечка по окиси, может всё испортить.
средний контакт батареи идет на контроллер питания. а откуда процессор узнает о типе батареи? смотрел схему, пока ничего не нашел.
Микрухи между собой переговариваются по цифровой шине.

Viktor001, спасибо за столько широкий ответ, но почти все было просмотрено. средний контакт акб в режиме диода прозванивается, значит сигнал от АКБ до контроллера доходит, а до процессора - нет. а АКБ менялась на другую.
смущает то, что транзистор открывается на заряд, потом телефон ток зарядки меряет и отключает зарядку.

Покажите лог телефона во включенном состоянии, чтобы он говорил о состоянии батареи не два раза, а чуть больше. Там он сообщит о температуре батареи и платы, самое интересное там.
Кроме того "доходит до контроллера и не доходит до процессора" в корне не верно.
Контроллер весьма "умная" микросхема, она общается с батареей, меряет температуру платы, обслуживает ЦАПы/АЦПы и др. пр. Процессор же общается с контроллером по паре цифровых шин.
Так что тут либо всё доходит, либо ничего.
Раньше на к500/к700/к300 любил коротить шлейф камеры на контрольную точку среднего контакта. Но случай вероятно не ваш.
Надо посмотреть температуру.

Поставил сразу стекляшку.

А до замены проводка на стекляшку вел себя так же?

Транзистор (v2610) не сам по себе открывается. Его открывает контролер питания.
Сам транзистор можно проверить не выпаивая:
АКБ снять. На вход зарядки подать 4 вольта. Мерим на контактах разъёма АКБ. Там не должно быть напряжения, или совсем небольшой потенциал.
Коротим затвор (4 ногу) транзистора на массу. Для чистоты эксперимента, коротить на массу лучше не напрямую, а через резистор, сопротивлением в несколько килоом. На контактах АКБ должно появиться напряжение, которое подано на вход зарядки. Если всё так, то транзистор исправен, и выход КП в порядке (во всяком случае не пробит). Есть ли цепь между затвором транзистора и выходом КП - звоним 4 ногу транзистора, относительно массы, должно вызваниваться как диод. Можно ничего отпаивая (т.к. транзистор с изолированым затвором и на результаты измерения не повлияет), или для полной уверености, можно отпаять только транзистор. Полностью проверить исправность КП - наверное только заменой.
В среднем контакте, который в самом АКБ, никакой логики нет. Туда подключен терморезистор, вторым концом он сидит на минусе. По сопротивлению этого терморезистора, телефон определяет тип АКБ, и его температуру. В BST-35 терморезистор 110 кОм. И проверять нужно с оригинальным АКБ. В китайские могут поставить резистор тот что есть под руками, а не тот что нужен. И телефон вообще может отказаться заряжаться. Но всё равно можно обмануть. Заклеиваешь средний контакт. Телефон будет ругаться "Неизвестный аккумулятор", но заряжать будет. Правда ток зарядки будет ниже, примерно 50 процентов от номинального.
Если у тебя и с заклееным контактом не заряжает. Значит чтото очень не нравится в цепи среднего контакта. Если цепь до КП звонится, и явного коротыша на плюс и минус нет, то остаётся только утечка. Если на плате окислений не видать, отпаяй разъём АКБ, может под ним окисление. Или в самом разъёме пластмаса прогорела.

а хез. принесли - не заряжается. а там около стекляшки флюсом корявым все залито и на соплях запаяно было, поэтому сразу и переделывал.

вчера промыл в ванночке, без толку.
обрезал дорожку до разъема батареи около незапаянного варистора - тоже не заряжается.

В BST-35 терморезистор 110 кОм.

а хез. принесли - не заряжается. а там около стекляшки флюсом корявым все залито и на соплях запаяно было, поэтому сразу и переделывал.


Это извините за прямоту просто безответственно. Начинать чинить телефон не посмотрев как он себя ведет полагаясь на слова клиента? Я как-то очень давно, долго объяснял клиенту, почему в Ericsson 2618 из за РФ (Паучок) процессора не заряжается телефон.


Вы могли бы в качестве эксперимента, дабы исключить 100% вероятности плохо припаянной стекляшки, или её повреждения, поставить перемычку между конденсаторами С2400 и C2620? Если все будет так же, то будем думать дальше ...

Помню , был случай , что нормальный заряд шел только с перемычкой . Со стеклом заряжаться не хотел . Это был или K700 или K300. Тело было после воды .

Это ненормально, что ток со знаком "минус". Получается, что телефон не заряжает, а наоборот разряжает АКБ. Но почему он не хочет заряжать, в логе не показывает.Так что придётся самому искать.
Контролер питания проверить бы. Вдруг, те что брал с разборки, попались убитые по среднему контакту.
Или всунуть вместо ключа v2610, Самсунговскую LTH7. Она полностью автоматическая, и пускай заряжает.

с перемычкой не заряжается, с другой батареей тоже, с третим контроллером тоже, с замененым разъемом батареи тоже, с другой флешкой - тоже.
менять RF процессор? :D

Ну стоит проверить терморезистор r2324, и верхнее плечо r2425.
Только не нашел я на плате ни того, ни другого. Может вам повезёт больше.

вот телефон!
мало того, что терморезистор 2324 был плохо припаян, мало того, что r2524 второй стороной коротил на землю через пятак незапаяного конденсатора рядом с ним, то после того, как это восстановил, ВСЕ РАВНО тоже самое, что и было описано в первом посте!!!
