Проблема такова уровень сигнала антены есть. Но при звонке на какую либо номер тело отвечает "сеть недоступна" а входящий звонки отвечаются занято. Думал проблема с аннтенной частью но отправка и прием смски проходит. Слил фулл с помощью инфинити и флештуллом.

При слитии фулла инфинити определяет нестандартный еепром

Восстановил в прежнее состояние через флеш тулл залив бэкап.

Спасибо за информацию, обращу внимание на флеш.

На счет невключения аппарата: наверное надо было подержать подольше кнопку включения т.к. по факту скорее всего епром отформатировался частично и аппарату при включении нужно было некое время на понимание сути с ним происходящего.
